Construction Management Experience
Our construction management services offer the owner the confidence and peace of mind that all details of the project will be attended to continually throughout all phases of construction, from pre-planning through final construction.
This is a fee-based service in which represent the owner’s best interest throughout the process beginning during design development. Separate trade contractors perform actual construction of the project. The trade contracts are held directly with the owner.
Design/Build Experience
Design/build is a delivery system where architectural/engineering design services and construction work are included in one contract. This service often includes a commitment to a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP)
This system speeds up delivery of the entire project design and construction process while helping to avoid unforeseen costs because we work directly with the design professionals to ensure the feasibility of all aspects of design.
General Contracting Experience
Acting as general contractor, we assume full responsibility for completing a construction project under contract to the owner and hire, supervise and pay all trade contractors. All trade contractor contracts are competitively bid.
ÐÔÉ«Ìà also provides cost-plus-fee based service, usually with a guaranteed Lump Sum Price. Poettker accepts full financial responsibility and quality control for the entire project scope of work.
